Looking for a female roommate in Kingsford (near UNSW) in DACEYVILLE, New South Wales for sale

My roommate is moving and now I'm looking for ONE female roommate!
It's a room in a 2 storey house (new and spacious) located 10 mins walking distance from UNSW. You will have one roommate (that's me) plus 5 other housemates. Don't worry, the house is huge!
Rent ($140) included bills, wifi, bed, mattress, bed sheet, study desk, built-in wardrobe?etc. Shared facilities included a large TV and a really comfy sofa, kitchen, cooking utensils, cutlery ? basically everything you?ll need. The room is available after 1 Oct!! First to see will love it!
A little introduction about myself: I am a postgraduate research student at UNSW. Easy going and like to make friends with different ppl. I am not a clean freak, but would like to keep things tidy so we can have a comfy space to study and to sleep. If you are of similar personality, I will love to meet you!
